IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY DOCTOR OU A NURSE PRACTITIONER AT THE COOP SANTÉ
Your family doctor or nurse has 0-72 hours access appointements for emergencies. You can call the secretary to make an appointment. The office opens at 9:00 AM. or go at your PATIENT PORTAL.
Emergency slots, other than those announced above, are available for patients who have a family doctor at the Health Coop. You can call the office to make an appointment. The office opens at 9 a.m. or go directly to PATIENT PORTAL.
Patients who have a family doctor or a nurse at the COOP in St-Adolphe also have access to the walk-in appointments of the GMF des Sommets clinics, either Clinic 201 or the Clinique des Sommets in Ste-Agathe. At 8:00 PM the day before, walk-in clinics are available on your ST-ADOLPHE PATIENT PORTAL. Visit the website www.coopsante.org and click on the link to the ST-ADOPLHE PORTAL
FOR ORPHAN PATIENTS (WITHOUT A FAMILY DOCTOR)
A primary care access line for patients without a family doctor is available by the government system ( GAP)

Each family doctor offers advanced access slots during his daily clinic at Coop Santé to accommodate patients who require his/her immediate attention.
Walk-in clinics
Walk-in clinics are available in St-Adolphe and in Morin-Heights.
