Our walk-in clinic for orphan patients are temporarely limited

IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY DOCTOR OU A NURSE PRACTITIONER AT THE COOP SANTÉ

  1. Emergency appointments are available with your family doctor or nurse practitioner within 0-72 h.
    Go on your PATIENT PORTAL (black button above) or call the secretary to make an appointment. The office opens at 9:00 AM.

  2. Emergency appointments are available for patients who have a family doctor at the St-Adolphe or Morin-Heights clinic.

  3. If you have a family doctor in St-Adolphe, you also have access to walk-in slots at the GMF clinics, either Clinique 201 or Clinique des Sommets. At 8 p.m. the day before, slots are accessible on your ST-ADOLPHE PATIENT PORTAL


FOR ORPHAN PATIENTS (WITHOUT A FAMILY DOCTOR)

A primary care access line for patients without a family doctor is available by the government system ( GAP)

Each family doctor offers advanced access slots during his daily clinic at Coop Santé to accommodate patients who require his/her immediate attention.
