Annual General Meeting 2019

President’s Message 

Dear, Members of the Cooperative, 

On behalf of the Board of Directors and myself, I wish to personally thank all Health COOP stakeholders (members, staff, doctors and private and public donors). 

After 13 years of operation, the cooperative has service points in St-Adolphe-d'Howard and Morin-heights and as of June 30 2019, we have 1873 members. 

The arrival of new physicians and the integration of two PHCNP (Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner) and other health providers allow us to offer accessible proximity health services. 

The Board of Directors has decided to hold the annual contribution at $ 75 including taxes. We therefore respectfully ask all members for their cooperation. 

I extend an invitation to all members to attend our annual general meeting which will be held on Friday, October 4th at Chalet Bellevue in Morin-Heights. Please find attached, the convening notice. 

I also invite you to the Coop Santé's Benefit fund raising dinner and Silent Auction, November, 21th at Au Charbon in St-Sauveur. For more information, please visit our website www.coopsante.org.
