Annual general assembly-Notice of meeting 2026

Members of the Cooperative,

We are pleased to warmly thank all the collaborators of the Health Cooperative (members, staff, doctors, tenants and private and public donors). Without a doubt, the success of our cooperative is the result of magnificent teamwork!

This past year, we had the pleasure of welcoming at the Morin-Heights’s clinic a new nurse practitioner, Mrs Émilie Roy and Dre Dominique Tessier and to the St-Adolphe’s clinic a nurse practitioner in mental health, Mrs Alexandra Lapointe.

More than 622 people were assigned to a family doctor and 24 623 appointments have been offered thanks to the work of your Coop santé!

This year, your Coop is celebrating its 20th anniversary, and for the past two years, its team has been enthusiastically working to ensure the cooperative's sustainability for the next 20 years. A new medical clinic, expanded and relocated to provide a wider range of services to the community, will open on February 1 next year.

The year 2025-2026 ended on June 30. This is the time, for the administrators and myself, to present to you the goods and bads of the past year.

You are invited to the annual general meeting which will take place on Wednesday October 28, 2026 at 7 p.m. at Chalet Bellevue in Morin-Heights. You will find the notice of meeting attached.

An administrator position is open this year and three administrators will be up for election. All three have an interest in renewing their mandate. A profile with legal knowledge, in communication or in organizing community events would be a good addition to our team.
