Nadia specializes in the promotion of sexual well-being through an integrative, humanistic lens. Within a secure, collaborative, and confidential environment, she guides you through an exploration of your unique experiences to bring forth concrete insights, helping you cultivate more serene relationships and a sense of intimacy that truly reflects who you are.

Nadia works with adults, individually or as a couple, to help you:

●     Restore emotional balance: Better manage anxiety, shame, or barriers related to past relational difficulties or traumatic experiences.

●     Improve your sex life: Address pain, low desire, arousal difficulties, or performance anxiety for a more fulfilling sex life.

●     Strengthen your relationship: Improve communication, work through conflicts, adapt to life changes (such as parenthood or illness), or rebuild trust after infidelity.

●     Get to know yourself better: Explore your gender identity, sexual orientation, or sexual desires and fantasies in a safe, nonjudgmental space.
