Nicolas Spiroux
He graduated from the Master's program at the Université de Montréal in 2010. Specializing in manual therapy, he has recently completed his level 5 and is preparing to obtain his manual therapy Fellowship from the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. He is a regular teaching assistant for students at the Masters of the Université de Montréal. Nicolas has also undergone numerous trainings in motor control, concussion and stroke injury prevention, enabling him to offer comprehensive services to an active population. A sportsman himself, he knows the need to find the right solutions to stop his activities as little as possible, to be efficient and to avoid the problematic coming back!
Using a prescription of exercises specific to the problem for which you consult and using manual therapy techniques, physiotherapy allows both a rapid decrease in symptoms and a decrease in the risk of recurrences. This allows you to find a solution and regain your normal function in your daily activities at home, at work or in your activities and sports. This applies to all musculoskeletal injuries, for any level of fitness and age.
