Passionate about health, wellness and prevention, Ilona chooses to become a health consultant to help those who want to make changes in their lifestyle and see positive and lasting results.

She is the mother of two grown children and a caring grandmother of two grandchildren.

Ilona is a trainer and practitioner in HypnoNaissance since 1997.
Formed by Marie Mongan, the founder of HypnoBirthing, Ilona introduced this method in Canada and taught it to parents in English and French. She also trains HypnoNaissance® practitioners in Canada and Europe.

Ilona wants the newborns to be welcomed into the arms of parents who are well prepared, confident, in the utmost gentleness and calm

Ilona Fritsch began her training in alternative medicine through hypnosis (1997), followed by hypno-anesthesia, medical hypnosis (National Guild of Hypnotists USA), health educator at the Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida (1998) . She is a graduate of the Institute for Perinatal Education, Reiki practitioner and EFT, a fertility consultant, doula (birth attendant), certified baby massage, and health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, New York (2014).

She is a member of the National Association of Naturopaths and a member of the Association des Hypnologues du Québec (since 1997).
